"Yoga is not about being good at something. It's about being good to yourself."

Yoga for Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Balance
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – The Bhagavad Gita
Emotions live in the body.
When stress accumulates, the nervous system becomes dysregulated. We may feel tense, restless, fatigued, disconnected, or emotionally overwhelmed. Research in psychophysiology shows that slow breathing, mindful movement and interoceptive awareness directly support vagal tone and emotional regulation.
This is the foundation of my classes.
My approach to yoga is therapeutic and accessible. It is not performance-based. It is not about flexibility. It is about safety, awareness and reconnection.
In each session, we gently combine:
• Slow Yang & Yin sequences to release stored tension
• Breathwork to regulate the nervous system
• Myofascial release using massage balls to soften deep fascial holding patterns
• Guided awareness to reconnect with inner sensations
Fascia — the connective tissue surrounding every structure in the body — plays an important role in how we hold stress. Restoring its fluidity often creates a sense of emotional and physical lightness.
You are invited to move at your own rhythm, respecting your body’s signals. The goal is not to “achieve” a posture — but to feel safer and more at home in yourself.
I am certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.
I have taught in Hong Kong (YogaUP, Yoga Lane, Pranava Yoga), aboard the Genting Dream cruise ship, at wellness festivals and international schools.
In Seoul, I founded and ran my own studio for four years, dedicated to mindful movement and emotional wellbeing.
Now based in Bangkok, I offer classes that integrate body awareness with emotional regulation — fully aligned with my work in EFT and psycho- practice.
