Our emotions are inseparable from our physiology that's why stress can results in body tensions, tightness and pain.
Practicing yoga postures with intentional breathing and movements, helps releasing stress as well as processing uncomfortable emotions resulting in calming the body and the mind.
During my classes, I also use Myofascial release techniques with massage balls to restore our fascial fluidity. (Fascia is a fibrous tissue that ‘connects’ every cell in our body).
If you are looking for a gentle practice mixed in between Yang and Yin practice, that doesn't involve a crazy amount of flexibility, my class is for you.
Certified in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness practices.
I have been teaching in a number of Yoga Studio in Hong Kong (YogaUP, Yoga Lane, Pranava) as well as aboard the Genting Dream Cruise Ship, Wellness festivals, international schools, Online since early 2018. I am now sharing my classes in Seoul.
