About the event
I always start my session with some light yoga, to warm up the body and mind, followed by exercises based on the awareness of body, space, voice, speech, and gaze.
I love pairing up with other talents to share the benefits of Yoga and Theatre. I am currently very grateful to have Eric Schlaeflin, Director of the Theatre Company "L'Argile", dancer and actor to teach the Theatre part with me.
