Mindful practices (in English)

Service Description
During the sessions, we will use various practices which many have found profoundly helpful over the years such free flow writing, breath-work, EFT, movement and meditation. The idea is to get to slowdown, get back to yourself, find clarity, let go and learn practices to bring more peace and calm in your everyday life. Connecting in a group gives you a voice, as you articulate your thoughts - It helps you to build your confidence and empower you to work toward positive change. No commitment - No experience required. Mostly in English (writing or talking can be done in mother tongue language)
